Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation The Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation was formed in 1933 and given statutory recognition by the Saskatchewan Legislature in 1935 by An Act Respecting the Teaching Profession. Teachers were required by that statute, also referred to as The Teachers' Federation Act, to be members of the Federation as a condition of their employment.
