Garbage Collection The City of Kelowna provides weekly garbage collection through its contractor. There is a two-bag/container limit per week.
Water Division The utility serves 50,000 customers within the city core, as well as within the central and south Mission areas. The raw water source is Okanagan Lake. Ninety-five percent of water is used for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional purposes; the remainder is used for agriculture.
