Volunteer Regina was incorporated as the Volunteer Bureau of Regina in February of 1977 by a group of managers of volunteers from several local organizations. The Bureau was formed for the purposes of creating a central organization where individuals could access information about volunteer opportunities, and to assist organizations with their recruitment efforts.
